Overview

TipCharger is an integrated control and power platform designed to support advanced IonField systems. It brings together power conversion, high-voltage control, voltage and current feedback, pump control, temperature sensing, and display/communications functions in a compact architecture intended for reliable operation and easier system integration. The platform is built around coordinated power, controller, and interface subsystems to support demanding application environments.

Problem Statement & Why We?

Many advanced fluid-handling and plasma-enabled systems require multiple separate control, sensing, and power modules, which increases integration effort, wiring complexity, maintenance burden, and development time. TipCharger is designed to simplify this by combining key control, sensing, and power-management functions into a single coordinated platform. This helps reduce integration effort, supports more consistent system behavior, and enables easier customization for application-specific requirements.

Mechanism

TipCharger operates through an integrated architecture that combines rectification and power conversion, high-voltage switching/control, feedback monitoring, pump and relay control, sensing, and display/communication support. The system is structured around coordinated power, controller, and interface sections to enable centralized operation and system-level control.
